Sei Yo Ken’s Ramen noodles
Use only pig heads and cook them for 3 whole days to make 100% tonkotsu (pork bone) soup. It is our traditional taste since we opened this store.
This taste is as it is about the traditional one, and we don’t use lard at all, so it has a “natural” taste. It is simple but rich.
A la carte dish / snacks
We put homemade in original dumpling pastry. Our special one-bite size dumplings.
Rice dish
Using our homemade roast pork (cha-shu) and finished with original soy sauce based sauce. This is “The fried rice of Ramen noodle shop”
